Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the Horizon 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and complexity.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists to drive innovation from concept to launch.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and assess their viability for our roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects from inception to completion.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles.
