Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic R&D roadmap for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) focused on the 2026 timeline.
- Design and prototype high-performance architectural solutions for complex, unsolved problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate visionary concepts into deployable products.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers in best practices for scalable systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess market trends to inform technology acquisition and development.
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or Quantum Computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate unstructured environments.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative products from concept to market.
