Responsibilities
- Architecting 2026 Roadmaps: Design long-term technical strategies that align with projected industry shifts for the 2026 horizon.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of predictive AI models and quantum-ready algorithms into core products.
- System Scalability: Build robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Prototyping: Lead the R&D team in building functional prototypes for experimental technologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready features.
- Security & Ethics: Implement ethical AI frameworks and ensure cybersecurity standards for next-gen infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI or emerging tech.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating technological trends and adapting architectures accordingly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse technical teams through innovation cycles.
