Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Design and articulate the long-term technical vision for Project 2026, aligning with company-wide objectives.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and feasibility studies on cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine their integration potential.
- Architecture Design: Lead the architectural blueprint for scalable systems, ensuring high performance and resilience against future threats.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage internal innovation labs to prototype and validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical requirements into clear business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
