- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives and pilot programs focused on next-generation hardware and software convergence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Cultivation: Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams capable of pushing the boundaries of current technology.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of global tech trends to ensure Quantum Horizon Labs remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing paradigms.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectures to meet future requirements.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
