Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with market impact
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and investors
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems
- Manage R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Commercialize lab innovations through startup incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record launching tech products with $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in regulatory landscape for emerging tech
- Strong network in venture capital and government innovation labs
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., TrendLens, FutureHive)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust)
