Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive innovation through agile development and rapid prototyping cycles
- Present visionary tech blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience leading technical teams through full innovation lifecycle
- Strong strategic planning with ability to forecast tech trends 3-5 years ahead
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and business stakeholders
