Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes and pilots for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, neural interfaces)
- Establish ethical and sustainability frameworks for next-gen tech deployments
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation pipeline management from ideation to commercialization
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop talent strategies for future-focused skill acquisition and development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic R&D leadership, with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic engineering, sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or equivalent
