Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Sustainable Engineering
- Track record of commercializing 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and federated learning architectures
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
