Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks for sustainable growth
- Mentor junior innovators through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (post-2020)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in technology forecasting and market analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
