Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology innovation roadmap spanning AI, quantum, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and validation of breakthrough solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate opportunities into disruptive product roadmaps
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and talent development
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite and investors to secure funding and buy-in
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning success
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: Generative AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution or future studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management highly valued
