Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking and KPI monitoring
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire emerging startups
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the Board of Directors
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers
- Secure 3+ patents annually in cutting-edge domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite leadership
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder management
- Validated experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Certified in Agile Innovation Management
