- Lead quantum/AI research initiatives with emphasis on ethical frameworks and scalable deployment
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI, or emerging hardware domains
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management from R&D to commercialization
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
