Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems and quantum computing applications
- Architect scalable tech solutions addressing 2026's emerging industry challenges
- Direct cross-functional teams through innovation sprints and rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 entities
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product development lifecycle
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Strong network within Silicon Valley, Austin, or global tech ecosystems
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++ preferred)
