Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor talent in emerging tech methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative projects from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology adoption cycles and market dynamics
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in emerging technology or innovation management preferred
