- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional project teams from concept to market validation

- Establish KPIs for future-tech adoption and ROI measurement frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing tech products (post-2020)
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with agile development in emerging tech domains
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
