Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for emerging domains like quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead R&D initiatives for prototype development and commercialization of breakthrough tech
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic innovation briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of future-proof solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for tech ventures
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications or patents
- MSc/PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
