Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive threats in emerging tech landscapes
- Drive adoption of future-ready architectures across enterprise systems
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies to enterprise levels
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent
