Responsibilities

- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment with agile methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in exponential tech sectors
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid experimentation and prototyping
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching exponential tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in corporate venturing or corporate innovation labs
- Certified in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
