Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Drive sustainable tech integration solutions for enterprise-scale challenges
- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate next-gen startups
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals and industry forums
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI development frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI/quantum systems
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: neuromorphic computing, biodesign, or decentralized AI
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to secure R&D funding exceeding $5M annually
