Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum, and sustainability domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies with 10x industry impact potential
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies
- Drive patent development for proprietary breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
