Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging fields
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic processors, and biometric interfaces
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize next-gen innovations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development with <50% carbon footprint reduction targets
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship Program
- Present breakthrough concepts at global tech summits including CES 2026 and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in future-tech strategy roles
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Biotech or demonstrable breakthrough innovations
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate venture capital
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in future-tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
