Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap focusing on quantum-AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies to accelerate product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Academy program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record delivering market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Certified in Scrum Master or equivalent agile methodology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
