Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/green tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and market analysis
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Strategic planning with P&L responsibility ($10M+ budgets)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
