- Mentor 15+ engineers through quarterly innovation sprints and hackathons
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and machine learning frameworks
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
