Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure systems
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI
- Develop partnerships with emerging tech incubators and research labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Tech Vanguard program
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG compliance standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products to enterprise level
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies in research environments
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM)
