Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems for 2026 deployment
- Design scalable frameworks integrating AR/VR with IoT ecosystems
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA partners on next-gen aerospace tech
- Develop patent-pending solutions for sustainable energy infrastructure
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping environments
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Drive adoption of blockchain in supply chain transparency
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Physics (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ patents or peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR, STTR)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and simulation environments
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for international collaborations)
