- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Develop strategic roadmaps for metaverse interoperability standards
- Mentor engineers in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in AI/ML deployment
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography
- Deep knowledge of Web3 protocols, blockchain, and decentralized systems
- Certification in AWS/GCP with hands-on experience in edge computing
- Track record of scaling teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Experience with metaverse development platforms (Unity/Unreal Engine)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or related field preferred
