Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision for AI integration across enterprise solutions, ensuring long-term scalability and competitive advantage.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI prototypes to enhance our proprietary platforms by Q3 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to transition experimental technologies into production-ready roadmaps.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-tech, Quantum-ready algorithms) for potential acquisition or integration.
- Oversee the ethical implementation of AI, ensuring compliance with future regulatory frameworks and data privacy standards.
- Present the 2026 technology roadmap to C-suite executives and stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence trends, specifically Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of building and delivering complex technical roadmaps with a 3+ year horizon.
- Experience in leading high-performance teams through periods of rapid technological change.
- Familiarity with Spatial Computing and Web3 technologies is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
