Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces to ensure our products remain decades ahead of the competition.
- Architect High-Impact Systems: Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, robust systems that integrate advanced AI models with next-generation hardware solutions.
- Lead & Mentor: Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and external research institutions to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives and pilot programs, validating concepts and driving proof-of-concept development for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role within the tech industry.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing principles. Experience with large-scale distributed systems is required.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate future market shifts and translate them into technical requirements and product features.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
