Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our flagship AI product lines, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists in exploring cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency in all automated systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is highly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing infrastructure on AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
