Responsibilities
- Architect High-Performance Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant systems designed for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Define and enforce best practices for modern technologies, including Cloud Native, Edge Computing, and Serverless architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML: Demonstrated experience with machine learning pipelines and LLM integration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
