As part of Nexus Innovations, you will be responsible for identifying disruptive trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech, and translating them into actionable roadmaps that drive our competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, identifying disruptive trends in AI and Quantum Computing.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-gen software solutions and autonomous systems.
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps and financial models.
- Oversee the integration of edge computing and advanced data analytics into our core infrastructure.
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation, mentor high-performing engineering teams, and foster technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging tech stacks and vendors to ensure our architecture remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading technology initiatives 3-5 years into the future.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
