Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the technical strategy for the '2026 Initiative,' identifying emerging technologies that will disrupt the market.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Prototype & Innovate: Build and validate proof-of-concept prototypes for AI-driven features and autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into technical reality.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with at least 2 years in a strategic or architectural capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in Cloud Native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Future Tech Savvy: Proven track record of implementing or researching futuristic technologies (AI/ML, Quantum Computing concepts, or Edge IoT).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and long-term vision.
