Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Spatial Computing) for potential integration.
- Lead cross-functional research and development teams to prototype high-impact innovations.
- Manage the innovation pipeline, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
- Present complex technical concepts and future visions to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to foster continuous innovation.
- Oversee the transition of experimental concepts into viable product features.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of driving strategic innovation and long-term technical vision.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on future trends.
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing R&D budgets and high-performing technical teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
