- Collaborate with product and executive leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and prototype new technologies to ensure Apex Horizon remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategy.
- Expertise in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
