Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., advanced AI, spatial computing, quantum interfaces) for potential integration into our product suite.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of forward-thinking engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex future concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.
- Prototyping & Validation: Oversee the R&D phase of experimental projects, ensuring rigorous testing and validation before full-scale deployment.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate shifts in the market and proactively adjust our strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with a proven track record of anticipating market trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and near-future technologies, including Generative AI, Web3, and IoT ecosystems.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and synthesize scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating visionary ideas to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
