Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of our technology roadmap, aligning short-term initiatives with long-term 2026 goals.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to determine their potential impact on the business.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for new technologies to validate their viability for large-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Future-Proofing: Assess risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying future trends and translating them into successful business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their commercial applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
