As a key stakeholder in our executive team, you will bridge the gap between conceptual innovation and practical implementation, creating a resilient tech stack designed for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to create a comprehensive vision for future tech integration, identifying emerging trends and technologies.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems utilizing cloud-native technologies and edge computing.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Spearhead initiatives to integrate Artificial Intelligence and machine learning models into core business processes to automate workflows and enhance decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, ensuring best practices are followed across all technical departments.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Establish robust cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery frameworks to protect our infrastructure against evolving digital threats.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and select third-party technologies and partners that align with our long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully translating business requirements into technical roadmaps and delivering complex projects on time.
- AI/ML Familiarity: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and large language models (LLMs).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
