- Innovation Management: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Edge Computing) to determine feasibility for our ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Executive leadership to translate technical vision into actionable business requirements.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Evaluate partnerships with tech giants and startups to secure strategic advantages for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and scalable systems.
- Futuristic Skills: Proven track record in implementing AI-driven solutions or smart contract technologies.
