Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Lead the creation and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and evaluate their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and C-suite executives to translate high-level vision into technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Assess technical debt and architectural risks to ensure long-term system scalability and stability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the future tech market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future and define long-term technical strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and AI/ML integration.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving projects from concept to completion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
