Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies and trends relevant to 2026, including AI evolution, Web3, and next-gen hardware.
- R&D Leadership: Manage and direct Research & Development initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market demands.
- Innovation Roadmap: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that offer the highest competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate future tech concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on global tech trends to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic role.
- Tech Vision: Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum, AR/VR) before they become mainstream.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing successful long-term technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
