Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable systems designed for 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning methodologies.
- Define the technical vision and strategy for future product development cycles.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team in adopting modern best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance under high-load conditions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and their deployment in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
