Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies and define the technology roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and pilot cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) to integrate into existing infrastructure and future-proof our product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal 'Future Lab' to prototype concepts that will define our industry in 2026.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical visions to executive leadership and board members, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategy role.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud architectures, AI/ML frameworks, and next-generation web technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Masterās degree is preferred.
