Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for technologies destined for deployment in 2026 and the years following.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems integrating generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech stacks (Web5, Quantum-ready Cloud, Advanced Robotics).
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with product management to translate 2026 roadmaps into technical execution plans.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and futuristic hardware solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
