Responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap: Create and execute the technical vision and architecture for products launching in 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, distributed systems using cutting-edge frameworks and languages.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- AI/ML: Experience building and integrating Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Cloud Native: Proven track record of deploying scalable solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
