Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive technological roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, identifying key trends and capabilities.
- Tech Foresight & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum) to assess feasibility and business impact.
- Project Governance: Oversee the transition of R&D concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and innovation sprints focused on 2026 target use cases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing on them.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
