Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for projects targeting the 2026 timeframe, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team in developing breakthrough technologies in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Blockchain, Edge AI) to assess viability for integration.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development, data security, and system resilience.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential applications in commercial sectors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
