Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a long-term technical vision that aligns with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing prototypes, and advanced Web3 protocols.
- Architectural Oversight: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate complex concepts into actionable development plans.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to ensure system stability.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast technological shifts and adapt organizational strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving high-impact, complex technical challenges.
