Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build scalable, high-performance systems.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Quantum Computing interfaces) and evaluate their viability for integration.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
